Question

English translation (unreviewed): The questioner says in her question: What is meant by the morning and evening adhkar? What is the time of their start and when do they end? And if they are missed in their time, are they made up at another time?

From the text of the answer

English translation (unreviewed): The morning and evening adhkar means bringing the dhikr: Subhan Allah, al-hamdu lillah, La ilaha illa Allah, Allahu akbar, Subhan Allah wa bihamdih, Subhan Allah al-'Azim, La ilaha illa Allah wahdahu la sharika lah, lahu al-mulk wa lahu al-hamd wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadir... and the like. It is recommended for the believer to do this and strive in the morning and evening: “And glorify the praise of your Lord before the rising of the sun and before its setting” [Qaf: 39], “So glorify Allah when you reach the evening and when you reach the morning” [al-Rum: 17], and the like.
