English translation (unreviewed): This questioner who abbreviated her name (A. A. A.) says: Your eminence, are the yellowish and cloudy discharge at the beginning of the menstrual period part of the menses, since this happened to her in the days of her usual period, and she left the prayer and fasting; what is required of her?
- From the text of the answer
English translation (unreviewed): Yes, it is counted as part of the habit; the yellowish and cloudy discharge connected with menstruation, before or after it, is part of it and counted as menstruation. As for the separated one that comes before and stops, this is not counted; or if yellowish and cloudy discharge comes after purity, this is not counted: she prays and fasts and performs wudu' for each prayer. So the yellowish and cloudy discharge before the habit or after it, not connected, she fasts, prays and performs wudu' for each prayer; but if the habit begins with a yellowish discharge and ends with a yellowish discharge, this is part of the habit.
