Signs that need review
- Activity of work in front of people and its sluggishness in secret.
- Intense sadness at the absence of praise, not at the loss of acceptance.
- Leaving obedience out of fear of people's talk.
- Following the effect of the action on the hearts of creation more than its effect in your own heart.

Means of treatment
Hiding what can be hidden of the action, bringing to mind Allah's knowledge, supplication, and not paying attention to passing whispers with which the heart is not pleased.
